Homosexuality is not passed down generations, neither is it a learned behavior. Even though most teenagers may be confused about their sexual preferences as they grow up, the straight ones will get attracted to the opposite sex, and homosexual ones will get attracted to the same sex.
There are bound to be periods of confusion and experimentation that teens and young adults go through, but they finally settle down with partners based on their natural orientation-straight or homosexual.
